This Is Us New TV
This Is Us is NBC's Newest Breakout hit. Starring MANDY MOORE, Milo Ventimiglia, Justin Harley and Sterling K. Brown (who just won an Emmy for "The People v. O.J. Simpson) NBC’s “This Is Us,” created by Dan Fogelman (“Crazy, Stupid, Love”). This Is Us is a heartfelt story of inter-generational families dealing with everyday difficulties, one that mixes laughter with tears.
In the first episode, viewers are introduced to Randall (Sterling K. Brown), who is tracking down his drug addicted father who abandoned him as a newborn. Randall has gone on to build a hugely successful life for himself. Not only in business but also has went on to build a great little family of his own.
Then we have Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca (Mandy Moore), a young couple who are expecting triplets. Not only is Milo a really good actor hes also very hot and Mandy Moore wants you to know she is a fabulous actress. I have loved Mandy Moore ever since I was a kid and she did not disappoint in this. Lastly, Kevin (Justin Hartley from Mistresses, Revenge, Emily Owen M.D. is also very sexy) and Kate (Chrissy Metz) are twins with little in common except a womb: He’s the handsome star of a broad laugh-track comedy he hates (called “The Manny”), and she’s overweight but she doesn't want to be. This show builds on a raw empathy and that is what makes it so compelling.
I feel in the love with the first couple minutes and the second episode did not disappoint. This is going to be a show to watch. Its so fascinating watching a family in two different time periods helping you understand why things are the way they are. This show deals with broken homes, body image problems, relationship strains and so much more. I am in love with it. This Is Us is written really well. Smart, Sad, Funny. Compelling. Your heart goes out to these people and it happens very quickly. Lastly the cast is amazing. Chemistry is undeniable. This is Us is my favorite show of 2016 so far.
